We are responsible for your hardware, software, system upgrades, support, billing and the broadband connection itself. As well as giving you access to free calling, Horizon puts a huge range of smart call management features at your fingertips.

Horizon gives you all of the functionality of a traditional phone system with an emphasis on advanced VoIP features and increased mobility options that make communicating with clients, colleagues and suppliers a breeze. And, because the hardware sits in the cloud (data centre), this removes the need for a physical PBX system sat in the corner of your office collecting dust.

Our solution is provided centrally via your own web portal that provides an extensive range of advanced features which can be accessed and updated in real-time via your own web portal. Each user receives 2000 minutes FREE per month to call 01/02/03 numbers + 2000 FREE minutes per month to call UK mobiles.

We deliver Horizon over an assured broadband service to guarantee you high-definition (HD) voice calls. It’s a specialist engineered service designed specifically for cloud-based telephony and internet access*. At all times, voice traffic is prioritised and will never compete with bandwidth-hungry residential circuits. So you always get, clear speech quality. The service comes with Full Quality of Service (QoS) enabled Cisco router and advanced monitoring, backed by a robust performance service level agreement. No jitter, packet loss or latency to ensure the highest quality of service is maintained – always.

Currently, we are offering FREE Polycom VVX411 handsets for every user, 2000 inclusive minutes per month/per user to call 01, 02, 03 number ranges and 2000 minutes per month/per user to call UK mobile numbers starting with 07*.

To qualify for this offer, customers must:

  • Take IP Assured Broadband, Converged Broadband or leased line – see below.
  • Commit to a three-year service contract for Horizon.

    The fee to port a single phone number is £49.00 GBP.
    The fee to port a multi-line phone number is £99.00 GBP.
    Free minutes are aggregated across all users.
    Handsets must be connected to the Horizon service using assured or converged broadband circuits provided by SBC.
    Handsets must be ordered within 12 months of the relevant account being activated and be committed for a minimum fixed term.
    The total number of handsets ordered must not exceed the number of active subscriptions.
    Free Polycom VVX411 handsets can only be ordered within the first 12 months of the relevant account being activated.
    The Horizon Hardware Incentive is only available to end customers who are new to SBC Horizon service.
    SBC reserve the right to invoice £149.00 cancellation fee where a subscription is cancelled prior to its minimum commitment.

    All calls to SBC may be recorded to help us in dispute resolution and for training purposes.
