With an SBC telephone system maintenance contract you can telephone or email us and will we respond immediately between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). In 70% of cases we can resolve faults remotely but if not we can advise on temporary steps to get you back in business until an engineer arrives on site. We only supply fully trained and accredited Panasonic telephone engineers, responding to calls for service within 4 working hours for major failures and 16 working hours for minor.
